My name is Monte Forkas, and I’m running for Fresno City Council, District 1.
As a homeowner in the heart of the Tower District for over 24 years, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing our neighborhoods. District 1 is a community I care deeply about — and I’m ready to continue building on the progress we’ve made.
I will roll up my sleeves, stay accessible, and work hard every day to deliver real results for our families, businesses, and neighborhoods.
